AMPA Syrah 2022

Incredible fruit from Barossa, grown by Tom Schiller.
It was cold soaked for 2 days, then fermented at low temperature throughout the entire process, with very gentle pump overs and puch downs.
18 days on skins, subsequently basket pressed and put into seasoned French oak for 8 months.
The result is a bright Syrah with a touch of vanilla and coffee, ending on savoury notes.
